# Các trường điền thông tin trên form

## Danh sách các trường dữ liệu sử dụng cho form checkout

Hiện tại form checkout đang sử dụng được các trường thông tin của 1 form ( trừ trường tải file). 

Một số thiết lập cho trường sdt và trường địa chỉ tham khảo tại :

## Thêm mới trường dữ liệu

Form mặc định hiện tại bao gồm 3 trường họ tên, email và sdt, bạn muốn thêm mới trường Địa chỉ hoặc Trường Tình/ Thành, Quận/Huyện, Phường/Xã, bạn bấm CHỌN FORM -> Thêm Trường và chọn click vào trường mong muốn sử dụng :

&#x20;Bạn cần chọn trường sử dụng trên form checkout  , còn ở bên trường ecommerce, bạn tạo các trường tùy chỉnh cho ĐƠN HÀNG , với tên trường ( định danh) giống trường của form checkout&#x20;
